Here's the terrace, from which you can get a sunny view of Montevideo....if you can stay clear of Jolie, the cat, who is much nicer than all that hissing would lead you to think.

Uh here, you can hang out your clothes to dry..or just open the umbrella and hang out.

On one side, you'll see the park, where you can take go running. Or maybe, you'd like to cycle down to the rambla. Or walk down to the bar, two streets over.

And every Friday and Saturday, you can fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and fish at the local feria on the next street.

Come spend a sunny winter at the city on the beach.
